欢迎使用 WisePic（以下简称“本应用”）。本协议是您与 WisePic 运营方之间就下载、安装、使用本应用所订立的法律协议。请您在使用前仔细阅读并确认理解本协议全部内容。
1. 协议的接受与更新
1.1 您下载、安装、登录或使用本应用，即表示您已阅读并同意受本协议约束。
1.2 我们可基于产品迭代、法律法规更新或商店合规要求对本协议进行修订。修订版本将在本页面公示并标注更新时间；您继续使用即视为接受修订后的协议。
2. 服务内容与可用性
2.1 WisePic 提供图片选择、编辑处理、滤镜、裁剪、压缩、格式转换、导出保存等功能。
2.2 部分能力依赖系统权限与网络环境。因设备能力、系统版本、网络状态、商店政策或第三方服务调整导致的功能差异，属于合理范围。
3. 权限与合规使用说明
3.1 为实现对应功能，本应用可能在功能触发时申请媒体读取、旧系统存储写入、振动、网络访问等权限。您可在系统设置中管理授权。
3.2 您拒绝或撤回相关权限时，部分功能可能无法使用或体验受限，但不影响其他不依赖该权限的功能。
3.3 与权限、数据处理和第三方 SDK 相关的详细规则，以《隐私政策》和《第三方SDK列表》为准。
4. 用户行为规范
4.1 您应合法、合规使用本应用，不得利用本应用从事任何违法违规活动或侵犯他人合法权益。
4.2 您不得实施包括但不限于以下行为：
- 发布、传播违法或侵权内容；
- 干扰、攻击或破坏本应用及其相关系统；
- 绕过安全机制、逆向工程、批量抓取或滥用接口；
- 其他违反法律法规、公序良俗或本协议的行为。
5. 第三方服务与 SDK
5.1 本应用集成的第三方 SDK 可能用于统计分析、网络通信、图片处理和文件能力支持，并可能自动声明部分系统权限（如 AD_ID、网络状态、唤醒锁、安装归因相关权限）。
5.2 我们要求第三方 SDK 在合法、正当、必要范围内处理信息，但第三方服务仍受其自身条款与隐私政策约束。
5.3 若第三方服务发生变更、暂停或终止，可能导致相关功能受影响，我们将尽力评估并采取替代方案。
6. 知识产权
6.1 本应用及其相关内容（包括但不限于软件代码、界面设计、文案、图标）受法律保护，相关权利归我们或合法权利人所有。
6.2 未经书面许可，您不得复制、修改、传播、出租、出售或以其他方式商业化利用本应用内容。
6.3 您对依法拥有权利的图片内容继续享有相应权利；您应确保上传、编辑、分享内容不侵犯第三方合法权益。
7. 责任限制
7.1 在法律允许范围内，本应用按“现状”提供。我们不对因不可抗力、网络故障、系统维护、第三方原因导致的服务中断承担违约责任。
7.2 对于您因违反法律法规或本协议导致的损失，您应自行承担相应责任；若造成我们损失，您应依法赔偿。
8. 协议终止
8.1 您可随时停止使用本应用并卸载客户端。
8.2 如您严重违反本协议或法律法规，我们有权在必要范围内采取限制功能、暂停或终止服务等措施。
9. 法律适用与争议解决
9.1 本协议适用中华人民共和国法律（不含冲突法规则）。
9.2 因本协议引起或与本协议相关的争议，双方应先友好协商；协商不成的，任何一方可向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

Welcome to WisePic (the "App"). This Terms of Service is a legal agreement between you and the WisePic operator regarding your download, installation, and use of the App. Please read it carefully before using the App.
1. Acceptance and Updates
1.1 By downloading, installing, signing in to, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.2 We may update these Terms due to product iterations, legal or regulatory updates, or app store compliance requirements. Updated versions will be published on this page with the effective date. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Service Scope and Availability
2.1 WisePic provides image selection, editing, filters, cropping, compression, format conversion, export, and saving features.
2.2 Some features depend on system permissions and network conditions. Differences caused by device capability, OS version, network status, app store policy, or third-party service adjustments are considered reasonable.
3. Permissions and Compliance
3.1 To enable certain features, the App may request permissions such as media access, legacy storage write access (on older Android versions), vibration, and network access when needed. You can manage permissions in system settings.
3.2 If permissions are denied or revoked, some features may be unavailable or limited, while features that do not depend on those permissions remain available.
3.3 For details on permissions, data processing, and third-party SDKs, please refer to our Privacy Policy and Third-party SDK List.
4. User Conduct
4.1 You must use the App lawfully and must not use it for illegal activities or to infringe on others' rights.
4.2 You must not engage in, including but not limited to:
- Publishing or distributing illegal or infringing content;
- Interfering with, attacking, or damaging the App or related systems;
- Bypassing security mechanisms, reverse engineering, bulk scraping, or abusing interfaces;
- Any other conduct that violates applicable laws, public order, or these Terms.
5. Third-party Services and SDKs
5.1 The App integrates third-party SDKs for analytics, network communication, image processing, and file capabilities. Some system permissions may be declared automatically (such as AD_ID, network state, wake lock, and install referrer related permissions).
5.2 We require third-party SDKs to process data lawfully, properly, and only when necessary. Third-party services remain governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
5.3 If third-party services are changed, suspended, or terminated, related features may be affected. We will evaluate and provide alternatives where possible.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 The App and related content (including but not limited to software code, UI design, text, and icons) are protected by law, and the relevant rights belong to us or legitimate right holders.
6.2 Without prior written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, lease, sell, or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the App.
6.3 You retain rights to images for which you legally hold rights. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is". We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, network failures, maintenance, or third-party factors.
7.2 You are responsible for losses caused by your violation of laws or these Terms. If such violations cause losses to us, you shall indemnify us in accordance with law.
8. Termination
8.1 You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.
8.2 If you materially violate these Terms or applicable laws, we may take necessary measures including restricting features, suspension, or termination of service.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of law rules).
9.2 Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before a court with jurisdiction.
