欢迎使用 WisePic(以下简称“本应用”)。
- android.permission.READ_MEDIA_IMAGES(Android 13+)/ android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE(Android 12 及以下):用于读取您主动选择的图片。
- android.permission.READ_MEDIA_VIDEO(Android 13+):用于读取您主动选择的视频媒体(如功能触发)。
- android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE(仅 Android 9 及以下):用于将编辑结果保存到公共目录。
- android.permission.ACCESS_MEDIA_LOCATION:用于在必要场景读取媒体元数据(如 EXIF 拍摄信息)。
- android.permission.VIBRATE:用于交互振动反馈。
部分权限由第三方 SDK 或依赖自动合并声明(如 ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE、WAKE_LOCK、INSTALL_REFERRER、AD_ID、ADServices 相关权限)。
- AppMeasurementService / AppMeasurementJobService / AppMeasurementReceiver:
- InitializationProvider(AndroidX Startup):用于 AndroidX 组件初始化。

Important Notice: WisePic values your privacy and data security. This policy explains how we process personal information, how system permissions are requested and used, and what data may be processed by third-party SDKs.
Welcome to WisePic (the "App"). Please read and understand this policy before using the App. By using the App, you acknowledge the data processing practices described here.
1. Scope of Information We Process
1.1 Local images and editing data: Images you select, edit, and export are primarily processed on your device. We do not proactively upload your original images to our own servers for basic editing features.
1.2 Device and log information: To maintain stability and security, we or our third-party SDKs may process necessary data such as device model, OS version, app version, network state, operation events, and error logs.
1.3 Identifiers and attribution information: When analytics features are enabled, third-party SDKs may process app instance identifiers, install attribution information, and advertising identifiers (AD_ID) for effectiveness analysis and attribution.
2. Permissions and Usage
We follow the principle of data minimization and request permissions only when corresponding features are triggered. You may disable permissions in system settings, but related features may become unavailable.
- android.permission.READ_MEDIA_IMAGES (Android 13+) / android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android 12 and below): Used to read images you actively select. If denied, image selection from the system gallery will not be available.
- android.permission.READ_MEDIA_VIDEO (Android 13+): Used to read selected video media where applicable. If denied, related media selection features may be limited.
- android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android 9 and below only): Used to save edited files to public directories. If denied, saving to public albums on older systems may fail.
- android.permission.ACCESS_MEDIA_LOCATION: Used when necessary to read media metadata (for example EXIF information). If denied, related metadata features may be unavailable.
- android.permission.VIBRATE: Used for haptic feedback. Disabling it does not affect core editing features.
- android.permission.INTERNET: Used for network connectivity, third-party SDK communication, and page resources. Online features may be limited when network access is unavailable.
Example path to manage permissions: Settings - Apps - WisePic - Permissions.
3. Third-party SDKs and Automatically Declared Permissions
To provide analytics, image processing, and file-related capabilities, we integrate third-party SDKs. See the Third-party SDK List for details. For Google Play data deletion requests, please visit the Google Play Data Deletion page.
Some permissions are automatically merged by third-party SDKs or dependencies (such as ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, WAKE_LOCK, INSTALL_REFERRER, AD_ID, and ADServices-related permissions). They are used for attribution, network state checks, task scheduling, and SDK runtime support.
About AD_ID: In the current version, AD_ID is used for attribution and effectiveness analysis. It is not used for personalized advertising based on user profiling, and it is not bound to direct identity data such as your name or phone number.
4. App Components and System Services
To support file access, analytics initialization, and runtime operations, the App declares or automatically merges the following components in AndroidManifest:
- FileProvider-related components: Used for in-app file sharing and temporary URI grants, without exposing private app directories.
- FirebaseInitProvider / ComponentDiscoveryService: Used for third-party SDK initialization and component discovery.
- AppMeasurementService / AppMeasurementJobService / AppMeasurementReceiver: Used for analytics task scheduling and event handling.
- InitializationProvider (AndroidX Startup): Used for AndroidX component initialization.
These components do not change the purposes and scope of data processing stated in this policy.
